• An unfurnished one-room apartment with a small kitchen and bathroom (20 m²). Rent NOK 4,300 a month. From August 1st 2005: NOK 4,350.
• An unfurnished two-room apartment with a small kitchen and bathroom (26-28 m²). Rent NOK 5,200 a month. From August 1st 2005: NOK 5,250.

Electricity, heating/hot water and cable TV are included in the rent. The deposit is approximately 2 times the rent.
