Carl Berner Student House

The Carl Berner Student House is located near the centre of Oslo, close to Carl Berners plass. It’s a short distance from the student house to the bus, tram and underground stations. It’s only a 15-minute walk to the centre of Oslo. Different shops and cafés are adjacent to the student house.

We offer 6 different types of housing facilities that hopefully will meet your needs:

• An unfurnished studio with bathroom (15 m²) where 4-8 tenants share a kitchen. Rent NOK 3,350 a month. 
• An unfurnished studio with bathroom (16 m²) where 4-8 tenants share a kitchen. Rent NOK 3,400 a month. 
• A furnished studio with bathroom (15 m²) where 4-8 tenants share a kitchen. Rent NOK 3,450 a month.
• A furnished studio (16 m²) where 2 tenants share a kitchen and bathroom. Rent NOK 3,300 a month.
• A furnished one-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom (18 m²).  Rent NOK 4,150 a month.
• An unfurnished two-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom (38 m²). Rent NOK 6,300 a month.

Electricity, heating/hot water and cable TV are included in the rent. The deposit is approximately 2 times the rent.
