Carl Berner Student House
The Student House has 189 residential units and is centrally located by Carl Berner Plass, which is one of Oslo’s hubs. We have furnished & unfurnished studios, one-room furnished apartments and unfurnished two-room apartments intended for families. Carl Berner Student House was built in 2002.

St. Hanshaugen studenby, house 2
The Student House has 174 residential units. There are furnished studios of 13 and 16 sq m; 16 studios share a kitchen, 2 showers and 3 wcs. On the 1st and 2nd floors there are modern apartments which are adapted for use by the handicapped. These apartments may also be rented to those who do not have special needs, but the handicapped have priority. St. Hanshaugen Student House was built in 1962.

St. Hanshaugen studentby, house 1 and 3
Here we have about 230 residential units consisting of furnished & unfurnished one-room apartments with own kitchen & bath, furnished & unfurnished studios with kitchen & bath shared between two persons, unfurnished one room apartments for couples and unfurnished two-room family apartments. St.Hanshaugen studentvillage, house 1 and 3 are one of our newest student houses, completed in 2006.

Ullevål studentby, Nedre Ullevål 7
The student house has 132 residential units. These consist of furnished and unfurnished studios, as well as unfurnished one and two-room apartments. Ullevål student village, Nedre Ullevål 7 was built in 1952 and refurbished in 1999.

Åråsen studenthus (Lillestrøm)
Here we have 261 residential units consisting of furnished & unfurnished apartments with own kitchen & bath, furnished & unfurnished studios with kitchen & bath shared between two persons and two-room apartments. Åråsen Student House was built in 2002.

Iladalen Student House
Iladalen Student House was originally built for the Oslo Olympics in 1952. A total refurbishment of the building is being carried out and the Student House was ready to accept residents from 21st August 2006.
OAS has 122 unfurnished, two-room apartments for couples and single occupancy apartments from 16 to 38 sq.m.
All units have their own tiled bathroom with underfloor heating and their own kitchen with white goods. Most apartments have their own balcony. Each apartment has its own electricity meter enabling individual invoicing according to consumption.

Kongsvinger studenthus
Here we have 86 residential units consisting of 15 furnished studios with a comfortable kitchen and 2 bathrooms shared by 5 students, furnished one-room apartments with own kitchen & bathroom and two-room apartments for couples and families.
Politihøgskolen has moved some courses to Kongsvinger and as a supportive student welfare organization OAS is building student accommodation there. Unfortunately the building will not be ready until 1st October 2009 although the school starts 19th August. We have managed to get some temporary accommodation during the period 19.8 – 1.10. There are 14 rooms at a school named Solbakken and 15 rooms by the railways. This will cost approx 2.200 – 2.500 NOK per month. If necessary we will seek to find other alternatives as well.
